Hey All!

Today, we give the Lethal Performance 2021 Ford Bronco 2.7L its first oil change, but with some products from Liqui Moly, we went the extra step to help the engine out for the future with their Engine Flush as well as Cera Tec.

Check out the video here!

To start, we let the Bronco get up to operating temperature and added the Liqui Moly Engine Flush to the old oil. Once added, we let it idle for 20 mins, as per the instructions provided.

Once 20 minutes was up, we moved the Bronco into our neighboring shop, WBA Performance, where we started the oil change, as per usual, first removing the old filter, and then getting the Bronco up on the lift, taking the skid plate off, and removing the drain plug. We also dumped the UPR Catch Can we have installed, which caught some junk from getting back into the system.
*BE READY TO CATCH THE OIL, AS THE ENGINE FLUSH WILL MAKE THE OIL THINNER AND WILL RUN OUT QUICKER THAN NORMAL*

Next we installed the UPR Magnetic Drain Plug to make the oil change a lot easier on the next time, since it also allows for controlled flow and the ability to attach a hose to it.

After that was all tightened down, we brought the Bronco back down to finish up top, install the new O-Rings on the Oil Filter Canister, installed the new Motorcraft filter, installed the assembly back onto the engine, and torqued it down to 18 ft lbs. We also reinstalled our UPR Catch Can after cleaning it out.

Lastly we added just short of 7 Qts of oil, as we added Liqui Moly Cera Tec in addition to help the motor run smoother, as well as give the internals a coating of ceramic to help minimize wear and tear and further the life of this engine.
