Hey guys,
Since my other thread didnt get any attention, I figured I'd make a new one on the core subject of the old one.

What is "the sway" on the big end of the track? What's it caused by? Tire construction? Width? I'd like to know just because I plan on using bias ply slicks and am slightly worried about the sway and would like to learn some info on it. And through all my reading on here, nobody has really said what its from, how to fix it without having to run 15x3.5's out front and spacers and all that jazz.

My setup is going to consist of 17x8's on all four with radials up front with MT ET Streets 26x10.5x17.

Mixing bias ply and radial tires is never a good idea.
I believe it is the difference in the side walls that causes the problem.
I ran the exact combo you are planning to run.
At the big end the car would sway. It is very spooky at 130+
When I added bias ply up fron the sway went away.
