The car made 20 WHP/20 ftlb Tq MORE with no other changes two weeks later on the same dyno/ same tuner, same 93 octane and similar cold weather. </p><p>We figured the work load of the blower with the larger pulley matched the motors NA power curve better, and made for a more efficient setup. With the smaller pulley on it, sometimes it would feel like the AC was on at cruising speed. </p><p></p><p>Definitely try slightly bigger sizes and see how the motor reacts to it after you get a good safe tune for that high boost. </p><p></p><p>My 01 is making 488/438 somewhere around 6100rpm. @5.5 PSI! </p><p>Small pulley was 473/417 @7psi.</p><p></p><p>LMAO DOHC problems right?</p></blockquote><p></p>
