Hi everybody ...



I want ask about the new Mustang Roush 5XR ..

What are the advantages and disadvantages of the car ???

and what about the performance of car ??

If you can afford it, get it. You'll have 1 of 150.

They are very nice, well built, well handling cars. There is however the money you pay for the Roush name. On the other hand, if you took a GT and tried to replicate the 5xr it would cost less in the end but would not be worth much more than a normal GT. I do not think they are doing anything to the internals of the motor. They are putting a TVS blower on it and tuning it over the stage 2 package.

My guess is that the 5XR can be compared to the 427R model wise(stock motor w/ blower). I assume a Stage 3 will be offered with forged internals and a larger blower.

Like said above, the Roush's are pricey but offer exclusivity, an engineered suspension and good looks with Ford incentives and A/Z/X/D plan pricing(unlike the Shelby).
