Partial disassembly underway to inspect and clean. Working on developing a caliper stud for this Shelby too as the knuckle bores look to be about .090" deeper than the GT350 knuckle. Waiting on prototypes from my man Curtis in Mooresville. And when we meet up again at the Glen the keys are yours but I get to ride along.:) There were some thread polls I've seen where Rapid Red, Orange, and black looked to be more popular than Oxford White. But you're onto something as I too have noticed a heck of a lot of white cars lately. As to the majority getting base cars, no doubt due to limited CFTP availability and price. I wanted one but bailed when I saw how much of a $truggle it was going to be to get one. The plan from the outset was to be able to shake Nick's hand and to see the heartland on the way home. I've been everywhere in the country but the midwest. But the constant delays pushed this car into the cold season and once it was produced it was way too late for a courtesy delivery which Nick would have done if I had asked in time - so that was totally on me. Regardless, I shook hands and got to see everything at night.;) I hit the raccoon in silence. THUD. No radio playing, face had yet to be slapped, and I was only about 15-20 miles from Nick's dealership.
