It appears to my your lawyer is part of the problem for not addressing these contingencies in the divorce agreement? I am at a loss as to why that attorney would place you in such a vulnerable position...where your ex could and did do this. I would start by looking for a reputable lawyer to help you and in doing so see whether you have a case against first lawyer...You are not in a position to do this on your own...
