Terminator tuner around TN?

I tried a search but all relevant threads were 10+ years old. Just got my 03 and I notice it is running rich. It has basic bolt ons, pulley, headers, full exhaust etc. My question is are there any tuners close to say Huntsville, AL? Am I better off going with a handheld tuner(sct x4) and using canned tunes? I've been out of the game for like 12 years so I'm just weighing my options, thanks in advance!
