I just modified my GT one. Lengthen the COP wires into their own branch to go under the coil covers, swap polarity by pushing the pins out, switching them around, and pushing them back in. Then lengthen the handful of other connectors (ECT, IAC, IAT, TPS, alternator). You may need to get a new alternator connector. I didn't need it. Wire up the IC pump to keyswitch if using the GT harness (same as the Eaton swap stuff). I used an add-a-fuse and relay.
Most of it is pretty easy to figure out on your own. I didn't need too much. You can use any of the "Eaton swap" threads as a basis. I think GM2Ford posted a lot of stuff on his swap. If you're looking for the stuff to make it work in the GT it's pretty simple. Put the 4V engine and all the Eaton swap stuff in. You'll only really need to get/modify the power steering reservoir bracket (if not included in the swap kit you have), and to modify the harness, unless you're swapping out all the harnesses for the Cobra one. And you'll probably want to do the boost solenoid delete.
