Looking to speak with a Tempe officer, or someone, generally who knows of or works with the cops patrolling Mill Ave. I need to file a complaint on an officer who I can describe and recognize by photo. I do not have his badge number or full name. I know his last name starts with an S, and the next two letters were OR-, if I'm correct. It would be much appreciated if anyone can help me.
