So I have a 2013 Mustang GT TT that is getting a T56 in it by me.
I have removed MT82, removed old clutch assembly, removed old flywheel, removed everything necessary and am at the point of stabbing the T56 into the input shaft.
I have done this:
1) attempted to line it up with bellhousing attached to motor. Result was 1" left on shaft
2) attempted to line it up with bellhousing off the motor and just trans. Same result
3) removed clutch and redid the alignment with the spline tool. Same result
4) contacted McLeod and it appears they forgot to send me the dowels that come with the flywheel to center the PP for install...
Could those be my issue or am I doing something else wrong?
Car is jacked up almost level on a flat surface.
