Synthetic tranny fluid?

I have a question for those of you who use synthetic tranny fluid. What kind would you recommend?

I'm beginning to think that maybe my tranny fluid (even though it was changed last fall) may not be good enough for my tranny and that is part of my notchiness problem. You see, when the tranny warms up after ten minutes, it's not nearly as bad. If the syncros were worn, wouldn't it be notchy ALL the time? So, I'm thinking maybe it's got crappy fluid in it.

So anyway, what kind do you guys recommend?
