Swapping CPU's between a L and HD-F150

Have a question for anyone on this forum.....Has anyone successfully swapped out a CPU from a Lightning and installed it onboard a HD-F150?

Well, have a buddy that has a 2002 HD.....was just wondering for WARRANTY reasons.....if this is possible......

Sure it is possible but it would need to be chipped to work properly in a stock HD. As the settings are different.

The pin outs are probably diffrent....

One reason to do it is the software for programming the Lightning CPUs is already out there. We've been discussing this among some of my friends.

I don't know WHY the pin-outs would be any different.
