Thats gotta be an odd situation.
Nothing is EVER really deleted and gone from what I understand. Answer me this: why would Frank be released on a smallish bail with all those heinous charges against him?
Not odd to me, I had already sent the father of the 3 stepchildren I raised to prison for 5+ years for doing the same thing back in 2003... when I see the list of charges against Frank I kinda know what he is up against. I have also been the I.T. for a number of lawyers in Vegas, like Cohen and Padda, which is now Padda Law. And when people like that need a data expert I am willing to see what I can do. I am in no way saying he will get 25 years, he is a first offender. So many of the charges will get plead out, the state would not go after him this aggressively if there was not some facts in them
A few reasons come to mind, 1 being a good lawyer, 2 being that the argument made was by his lawyer about compassion, so I assume like many did last year based it on COVID-19. 05/04/2020 No Contact with Victim - so basically jail outside of jail - I am not sure about what the law is about someone who is told not to have contact, then get joint custody as someone said here he did as I didn't look up the case. I know he is still going through this and will be for a while, Nov 8th will be the next step. Just to give you an idea how ****ed up Frank was, He had an employee, remove his engine from his Mustang to use in someone else's mustang that the employee was working on because he removed the cams and pistons and instead of doing the right thing as a business owner and fix the issue, they gave the guy a motor that was not his... he had also beat up the same employee at least twice. This was all under the understanding that that employee was going to get a built motor later at little to no extra cost to get the customers stuff done fast. None of that panned out right at all. Anyone doing any business with Frank after that is either asking to get taken or is a fool
Do you know what happened to peoples vehicles and parts that apparently went missing? What part did his wife/exwife play in this? Where did the money go from this so called fire sale?
no, I didn't stick around that day, was there like 1 hour and bounced... i went there to give her some advice about the kids, how they will need some counseling, as I have had to go through that with kids in her position. as for the money I have heard many stories on Facebook and BB systems about how she was selling it all to get back at him but who knows... I am sure many of the stories are true and out right lies about parts and money

yep, but when someone is faced with their income earner going bye-bye they tend to get into survival/selfish mode. Sorta like people should have caught up on their rent when they got the $1400 stim check but instead bought that new 70" TV because most people tend to only think of the instant gratification of self-worth. even so I dont think there was enough left over to pay everyone anyway... from how I understood it, what he had for more money out than he had left over of customers stuff, robbing peter to pay paul

I doubt it, but I agree, the good thing about Humans is many do learn from their mistakes and move on and make it right, not like I am a saint, I was arrested in the mid 90s for assault with a deadly weapon, faced 4 felonies - hired the former district attorney of Las Vegas for $9k and had the charges reduced to 1 felony without even asking then had them turn that into 4 gross misnomers. So I was still able to own guns. Sometimes it is a bit of luck, and often it is about getting the best person to represent you

Well...
You pay back society with time in prison. And not repeat the offense, at this point it is all he can do. - I do admit it is different from me making a promise to never run someone over with my car. But I also never spent time in prison for it, the punishment needs to fit the crime. If it is all true, he will spend years figuring it out.
I can only think of one way to make it right.

That seems reasonable for the cyber stuff. If he is convicted of actually putting his hands on kids then he should be put down.
Some charges are not cyber charges, like kidnapping and such, so those might be tossed if they are not true, but who knows except the people with the evidence. as for " how did he get bail " or " why would they even give him bail if he was guilty " well, that guy that shot an officer at a BLM event in Las Vegas can get out of jail on bail, and they know he did it.

In a hearing Tuesday, Samaniego and his lawyers requested his bail be reduced from the previously set $1 million. Judicial Officer Carli Kierney denied the motion, according to court records."
This guy got $1m bail, Frank for $500k - seems about right. Franks lawyers got the bail down enough to Bond out for $20k so I assume $200k Bail

I have thought about this quite a bit, since this kind of thing hit way too close to home for me. A bullet in the head is a satisfying thought, but too quick. These type of people should be made to suffer, just like the children they harm.
I have no patience or sympathy for people that harm children or animals.
