looking at an SVT focus with 137K miles and it still has the stock clutch.

Owner says the clutch holds fine and no issues with it.

any idea if the car was taken care of how long the SVT focus clutch could last?

whats a good replace if needing replacement and whats an est cost on having a clutch replaced in a car like that? I am only familiar with mustangs and v8 clutches and have changed my fair share... anything difficult in changing a 4-banger SVT clutch? I have a lift.

thanks

I've seen SVT clutches last well past 200k and others that didn't make 30k. I replaced mine at about 120k and at that point it hadn't started slipping.

Not rocket science to replace, should be about a 4-6 hour job if everything goes smoothly.
