It should sell for at least that, the only thing I wasn't overly thrilled to see was the engine bay hasn't been well taken care of, that may or may not hurt the sale, all depends who's buying. Alittle elbow grease and the engine bay would be look just fine. Its not collector material but someone who really wants one, I think will over look the water spots.

It will look better with some love, I was more surprised for how clean and well kept the exterior of the car appears to be and it looks like zero attention was paid to the engine bay, oh well, hopefully it goes to good home.

Finally scored an off road X-pipe for the SS. I'm just not sure what brand it is.

I'm going to clean it up a little, but overall I'm happy, hopefully next week I'll get it installed along with some new KB mounts.
Something wrong with the original KB motor mounts? I was probably going to install new ones myself whenever I get around to having the headers installed and the K-member upgraded.

Someone got a good deal imo.

Looks great, Steve....turned out perfect (y).
Someone got a good deal overall, the seller should've done a better job in preparing the car for sale, and the tire DOTs on the tires are from 2013. But oh well, hopefully the new will take care of it.

And thanks, I'm happy how it looks, now I just need to get my OFR X-pipe on.

No, Shelby American used to offer the windshield banners and they had Super Snake ones as well, they no longer offer them, I had fast signs make mine. Shelby would install them during the conversion if the customer wanted.

I was going to do white letters. But I felt like that would stick out more than I'd want.

The widebody signature edition sold for way cheaper than I expected at Mecum. Someone got a hell of car.

Hopefully the walk around link works

I don't think this is a real 1000 hp SS, Steve. Maybe an original holeshot option. I'm thinking it's been modified. No documents either, which is super fishy. The Shelby 1000 wheels were not an option either, even if it were a real 1000 hp option, snake. It would explain the lower price @154K.

Beautiful specimen, aside from those God-awful Signature Edition emblems.

Your point about documentation is also entirely valid, @Vinnie_B

Both would be deal killers for me, if was in the market.

I think you're right, and yes, the lack of documentation more than likely hurt the sale. Either way someone got a good deal, hopefully it's going to a good home.

It's a great lookin Super Snake and I love that it has the Shelby1000 wheels, I like the signature edition emblems lol, but they're not for everyone. This guy used to be on here a lot, I just can't remember his user name.

I like everything about it, EXCEPT the lack of documentation and those emblems.

I strongly prefer basic Super Snake emblems, like yours.

No expert on SS conversions, but didn't the CAI look very small ? I know the KB conversions are larger than that. & I know larger ones are available..
