Some videos of super snakes that have been or are being sold. Some remarkable Shelby SS GT500's to ever have been built.

You definitely covered some good ones, I'm personally not a big fan of JFK auto with how they drove the SS prices up so much. Oh well. Here's a few other ones.

this is a nice Signature edition

the history on this 2014 Signature edition holeshot SS has been interesting, the guy absolutely stole it at Mecum auctions for 84k and than flipped it for 130k.

Another great deal on a Holeshot SS on BAT for 100k

A nice 2014 widebody SS is for sale locally in AZ, but unfortunately it's out of the budget.

I agree with you Steve, he definitely contributed to driving up the prices. Some of the pricing on certain Super Snakes are a little overdone! Even the prices on the 13-14 Shelby GT 500'S are going crazy. Higher they go.....higher the SS goes as well. Thanks for sharing the videos.

Absolutely, hopefully I'll get lucky and find a 14 SS for a realistic price eventually. A friend of mine just bought this 14 SS for 118k.

So far out of the reach for most of us, but man, the Super Snakes posted in this thread are killer. I love the black SS Hole Shot in the second video (first post). Beautiful car!

Kid's a total dork - not sure why anyone follows him.

Apparently, his fans are dumber than he is.

I’m always torn on these things. I’d love to say that if I was gonna spend that much money on a car I’d enjoy it. I’m also the same one who’s not driving one of his cars because it’s to nice. As Barbara Cochran says… for those reasons I’m out. I love my GT500 to much to not drive it. I just hit 80k miles on her.

I 100% agree, but it was entertaining watching him do a bunch of dumb shit with that SS lol. Crazy the current owner thinks it's worth 280k

I'm buying a SS to basically keep as a garage queen but I'll still be taking it to car shows and events. I had a enough fun racing my last 4 GT500s that I'm kinda over it.

My favorite Shelby was my 13 GT500 which was basically an SS clone. But with headers and on E85, it made 827whp and was a blast. I think I'll probably at least end up doing headers on it whenever I get one.
But yes, I always wanted to drive it.

Man I'd love to find a DIB SS and swap it to the red stripes like my old 13.

I must be the only GT500 owner that doesn't want or wish I had a Super Snake.
I think what turned me off to SAI conversions was the fact that you had to stick to " their " packaged conversions.
I followed a 2015 conversion, the owner wanted a powder coated blower & SAI wouldn't allow it.
I don't get it, if the owner is willing to pay for it, SAI shouldn't hamper one's ability to have a car,..................the way you want it..

You're not the only one that feels that way, but i love the look of the super snake and all the parts they install, plus the collectibility of the car.

I kick myself in the ass every day that I sold that car, that why I sold the gray GT500, i need the real thing now lol.
There is no "almost" about it.
I know man
I could comfortably buy a Super Snake
But won't
You're a 3.6KB away from a super snake, i don't know why you don't just put one on. I'll hook you up.

Did you ever run the blue one in the 1/4 mile? And why would long tubes be your only mod next time if you ever got another one?
