I don't think they will, not without major modifications to the hat.
Almost no chance of that. You can make huge power with twin 340's and a highly modified stock hat, I made almost 1000rwhp.
Son of a b.... The company is only an hour away from me, I should pick up a couple tomorrow and pay tax now LOL!
I ordered two of them. Going to run them in a division X hat with Lethals pigtail wiring.
That is a pretty good deal on those pumps, but I think we can help you guys out. Just to let you guys know, we have worked a deal with our supplier to get better pricing on these pumps since we buy so many of them, so you can check our site and our price has gone down significantly (now $169.99 shipped). If you call in, we should be able to come close to matching the $138 price listed in the ebay ad currently, and you earn points (free money to use on the site) when you purchase from us.
Let us know if we can help you guys out!
So just to make sure, those that have got these from ebay, they are the real deal correct?
If you look back further in the thread one of the members contacted Walbro and made sure the ebay seller was an authorized Walbro vendor and they confirmed it.
I got mine when they were $107 shipped  and yes they look as real as can be but that only tells you so much. The vendor confirmation above is what's important.
Yep seen all that and read every comment. Im lways leary on ebay items, I just like to extra extra sure. thanks for the input.
Its a shame to see this deal drop to the second page. lol
Any newer guys running these pumps yet?
Not yet. Waiting for winter to pass so I can open up the garage doors and have some fresh air while doing this.
Ive got the pumps on and running. I only have a few hundred miles and one trip to the track but no issues so far. Pumps are quieter than the 340 pumps i pulled out and push more fuel as i had to readjust my pressure regualtor to get it back down to a base fuel pressure of 40psi.
Good tip there. I'll be sure and double check my base pressure after the swap. Interesting you even had to do that. Since the regulators are pressure based I figured it would adjust to keep at 40 PSI and extra fuel flow from an extra pump would just get diverted. If pump changes affect this wouldn't it also be affecting guys staging their fuel pumps? Single pump on in normal driving and second pump comes on only as demand requires it. I will double check this myself and see if I'm experiencing pressure differences on a single pump vs dual pumps.
What fuel hats are you guys running with the 465 pumps? I have the ole Fore hat and was told by Derek at Lethal Performance that the 465s won't work in my hat
They won't. The 405 and 464 pumps are thicker in diameter. I had an original Fore hat myself and when I upgraded from GT pumps to 405 pumps I had to buy a new Fore hat. The 465s are supposed to be identical diameter to the 405s so once the weather warms up a little it should be a direct swap for me.
I would guess its the extra volume the pumps move at the same pressure that would require the adjustment. Adjusting the regulator to allow more flow to return while still holding a base of 40psi. I have run just one pump before checking to make sure they were both working and have seen the pressure drop when you pull one of the pump fuses and thus causing a flow and pressure drop.
Figured id bring this back to the top, the pumps are $128 now! Ive had mine in a running for a while now with no issues. The old auction ended, i updated the link. epper:
I bought a couple of these over the winter for $107 or whatever they were and just installed them a couple weeks ago. Running great in my CP-e pump hat!
How can u tell what gen hat u have? I have a a dual fore hat that has aeromotive 340 steaths in it now ...pleaes help ready to buy if work
Do these have internal check valves? These are the ones I am running and plan to use one as a primary and one on a hobbs switch.
