I followed Malcom Reeds recipe to a T. Using Killer Hogs rub and sauce. I do believe I used too much sugar and honey when I wrapped them up in foil. They came out amazing, just a little too sweet for my liking. Just like cars, I modded this with an extra seal on the door and I had the welder make a little rack for the cast iron skillet that I used for the wood tray.
