Looking to get the Kenny brown matrix kit installed, any recommended shops in the Chicagoland area?

I’ve heard these need to be welded on in a very specific way or they can really mess the car up? Am I just being paranoid?

You want a proven welding shop. Muffler shops that know what there doing can do this for you. My local muffler shop did mine. It is time consuming and cost will likely be $300+

Just make sure they do it with the suspension loaded so the doors still open and close. lol
