Stock lower pulley damage

Lately I noticed an odd clunk and decided to investigate the source today.

The three rubber grommets within the "spokes" of the stock lower pulley have completely disintegrated. :( I have no idea how. The car is in the low 60K mile range. It's probably only time until the "studs" that were inside the center of the grommets finally give out from the clunking back and forth. There's about an inch of rotational play.

Replacement is the only option. The question is: stock or Metco. My fear is that a stock replacement part is already pricely, so why not just go with aftermarket?

I tossed up the idea of either going with a smaller 2lb lower. Or, going with a 4lb lower coupled with a 2.93" upper.

I currently have stock pulleys.

I would do all the work myself. What would you do?

Anyone in the Tacoma / Seattle area know of a good tuner in Washington?

Thanks for any input.
