I bought it to put on an engine, but decided to go turbo instead. The rotors look great, and everything spins nicely. The pulley is aftermarket. Not sure on the brand, but it seems to be either a 2.6" or a 2.65". Does not come with bypass valve, or plenum elbow. I will include new supercharger oil that i bought but never put in.
