Steering Wheel Under Hard Braking

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this situation with their GT500. During normal driving and braking there is no concern, however when I brake hard the steering wheel shakes back and forth. I am wondering if it could be something to do with the EPAS. I have an early build car. Built on the 9th day of 2011 production. I don't think the rotors are warped. I have 26K on the car. Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a fix?

There is a TSB for this if I'm not mistaken. Ask your dealer. A reflash to the EPAS is the fix if I remember correctly.

The early EPAS models thru middle of 2012 have a habit of failing. Take the car in. My unit failed completely and the new unit is a 2013+. Back to your point though. I would agree the rotors. I have 44xxx miles and am noticing that my rotors are starting to warp even thou I am fairly gentle on them....
