i just picked up a tri ax any opinions ? good or bad?

its rachety during the winter.... its an ok shifter i got mine for 50 buck and honestly id be pissed if i spent full price on it ill give it 6/10 stars

arent they all kind of ratchety. The pro ripper i had in my 99 cobra was

if i can give you any advice buy the cobrabob gasket for your tri ax

i have it and love it. i am ordering a cobrabob gasket for it.
it does transfer more noise into the cab but so do most others.

Get the MGW blue, adjustable handle for it. Made it reachable at least.

Get the Cobrabob gasket set as well. Definitely worth the money.

The Steeda is short, direct, and needs a bit of break in. However, the supplied handle leaves a bit to be desired for location. I would also suggest trying the stock shifter handle on it.

I used the Steeda Tri-Ax myself and liked it. Much better than the stock shifter.
