First off, I did go with a smaller alternator pulley (1.88 ") which overdrives the alternator a little more than stock which increased my idle voltage to an average of 14 volts---that didnt help. So today I took it to my highly knowledgeable shop guy (who knows these engines more than most) and he told me it has to be the IAC or TPS and he told me to take it home and clean out the IAC and check the voltage on the TPS. I took it home and first measured the voltage on the TPS and it was good at .988 volts, I then took off the IAC and cleaned/sprayed it out with Berrymans, installed it and it seemed to make a little improvment so I went and got a new IAC thinking this is going to do it-----NOPE, same old thing, good idle untill the AC is turned on and then it all goes south. After I shut the ac off then the idle goes up to over 1000. Crazy!!
