These springs are progressive rate, they come packed in the Eibach Pro-Kit box directly from Ford Racing with the part number on it. Have installed 3 sets so far on 2003's.

What is your take on these springs? Worth getting for an '03 Cobra? Or would you suggest something else?

When I called the FRPP tech hot line (586) 468-1356 they told me it was 650 front and 570 rear for the m-5300-J cobra springs and didn't say if they were progressive. If they are from Eibach does that mean they have to be progressive? And if so what is the spring rates? Also what is the Eibach # on the springs?

That's what I thought. That's why I asked "are you sure its 570 front and 650 rear?" and the guy said yes.

Motorsport C springs up front and J springs in the rear. If J springs are 650 up front and 570 in the rear, I just wasted money gettting the C spring set. :cuss:
