Anyone run these on their Cobra, or have you heard them? I'm having a tough time choosing the right muffler. I like the Spintech sound, but I'm thinking the Pro Street will be too loud, so thinking about the Sportsman. I can't find a decent YT video of them on a mustang. I'm currently running stock manifolds, Bassani o/r x pipe (have the cats too, in the garage), and some unknown mufflers. The mufflers have a straight through sound, but are pretty loud and the drone is sometimes unbearable. The wife is starting to hate the car, and I'll be honest, my ears hurt after an hour ride. I find myself constantly shifting up or down to try so keep the drone down, which makes the car less enjoyable. There are no markings on the mufflers, so I don't know what they are, which sucks. I could put the cats on, but it takes away some of the rawness of the exhaust sound which I like, so I'd like to keep it o/r for now. My question on the Spintech Sportsman is how bad is the drone/volume around 2k rpm? Is there a decent growl at startup and some rumble at idle? I don't really care about WOT screaming as I really just cruise, and occasionally get it up to 6k rpm. Can you compare the volume to another more popular muffler? It's a convertible, btw.
