Finally saved and installed the last part of the puzzle. A Spal Fan Controller. I really like this controller over the DC version because it will actually work off of oem or aftermarket temp sensors in the engine. The DC unit uses there temp sensor attached to the radiator. The Spal unit also is incased in a metal housing with a heatsink incorporated. The DC unit looks like thin plastic. Programming the Spal unit is as simple as this:

1) Disconnect your fan

2) Start the engine and let the coolant get to your low temp setting
- press the yellow low temp button for 2secs

3) Let the engine hit your high temp setting
- press the red high temp button for 2secs

4) Reconnect fan and check it turns on when it should.

I used my Cyberdyne temp sensor which is located in my thermostat housing to turn the fan on. It works awesome! I also now have a visible readout when my fan should be turning on and off in the cab. When I first installed the Spal unit I thought it was broken. My fan came on so quite I thought it was'nt working. This is 1000% better than my old JDM wire harness that just turned the fan on and put a huge electrical strain on my system. My volt gauge hardly shows any spikes now. I highly recommend this unit if you want to upgrade your e-fan system.

Bought mine from ebay for $75.
