someone threw way too much money into this motor

i posted this in the pic and video section too, im partial to the sn95 section:

a few months ago i picked up a spare teksid for my rebuild in process and finally got around to stripping it down and taking it to the machine shop to get prepped. i was told #8 was low in CR, no big deal i was gunna use my heads and get new rotating goodies anyways. i was shocked to find this tho.

no idea if the thing ran like this, the motor sat in my buddies garage for a few months with no IM on it. jut thought id share.

LOL! The title of this thread is hilarious! I was expecting to see a rediculously built motor, not a motor that had too much money dumped in it literally! Hahaha. I would definetly keep that dime man!

If it ran with it in there the piston would look beat up.

Its bent though so perhaps it made its way in at some point after its last run and was crunched when manually cranking over?
