"It is not the role of the executive—particularly the unelected administrative state—to dictate" the terms of criminal law, the 6th Circuit maintained. "Granting the executive the right both to determine a criminal statute's meaning and to enforce that same criminal statute poses a severe risk to individual liberty." According to the 6th Circuit, that risk is one of the reasons why judges have no business tipping the scales in favor of the executive in such cases. "Entrusting the interpretation of criminal laws to the judiciary, and not the executive," the court said, "mitigates that risk and protects against any potential abuses of government power."

I wonder if the coming anti-gun legislation will fair as well when its challenged. We can only hope and donate to those organizations that actually fight for our 2A rights. So basically anyone but the NRA.

For all the noise at the federal level I think that it will still be a big lift for the dems to have meaningful action on guns. That is why Biden started talking about infrastructure when he was asked about it yesterday LOL.

It is state houses that have and will **** over 2A.

Well said, @Lambeau. And I'll add.....nor do they CARE to understand the 2nd Amendment. The "why" doesn't matter. Those who are Woke activists are sleep walking, per se, blindly following a flawed and dangerous social ideology that in the end erodes the liberties that the founding fathers provided for Americans.

Never did understand the purpose of these things to begin with, you just want to pretend you have an automatic weapon?

They are inaccurate to use past like 15 yards, and now with ammo prices the way they are, who is using these toys? Which is all they are.

I support your right to have one, but i'd never waste my money on one in a million years.

As previously stated, bump stocks are gay but great news. If people want to attach assault dildos to their weapons, let them. Shall not be infringed!

how much? Lol

$36 for a 50 round box of Magtech or S&B 9x19 FMJ 115gr. These same boxes sold for $11.99 some months ago.

It’s sad because many won’t be able to plink like they used to.

I am down to about 300 9mm / 600 5.56 rounds (plinking stock), before I’m left with the stash that I have for bugout / emergency situations (which I won’t touch).

A lot of liberals bought guns during the pandemic
Is not gun control for them, just you. My father is a liberal, he own guns, but doesn't think anyone else should. In their minds they're better than everyone else. Every liberal I've talked to about this issue doesn't understand that gun control will affect them. I just talked to a lifelong friend yesterday, he bought a 300blk during the pandemic for protection.....and fully supports a retroactive rifle ban. It's really odd.

If Covid taught us anything it's that liberals want restrictions on you, not them.
