So is it basically not possible to buy a new O/R X/H Pipe anymore? (with a few exceptions)
That's interesting about the electricity. Currently there are 930 or so Tesla charging stations, about 31,000 gas stations. To rival the gas stations, Tesla would have to spend 7.9 or just about 8B dollars in infrastructure. There are gaps in certain areas of country where you can't go charge to charge. I can go to a gas station, take less than 5 min. and fill my tank. EDIT: I went to the Tesla website and was blown away by their prices. Their cheapest car, the Model 3 only comes in white and silver without having to pay extra. The other colors were $1500, and I believe red was $2500. Ruby Red on a Mustang is like $495, there must be eco-flakes in that paint to justify $2500 for that red color. A $4600 tax credit, that seemed more like an end of the year sale for last year's model at any random dealership across the US. A whooping $10k charge for the auto-pilot feature. Not to mention, if you want the vehicle and order it, it's not available until October 22nd, 2022. Yikes! I had to wait 3 1/2 months for my WRX, but it was being built in Japan and they gave me a number to type in and check the progress of the vehicle. The Teslas are built in CA and TX if i'm not mistaken, not sure why it takes 13/14 months to acquire a vehicle that's built in the USA.
