Snow tires on 17s?

Is it acceptable to buy stang 17" rims and put them on a Boss with snow tires for winter to save money, or will I **** some shit up?

The Brembo's will not clear a 17" rim. I think 18" are good though so you need to go 1 inch more on this.

got you. I have 18 inch rims from a mazdaspeed6 I used to own, same bolt pattern 5x114.3"... How do I deal with inevitable offset differences? Or am I screwed and just need to suck it up and get either winter tires or a pos to dd?

You really have to watch the offset in the front. Might require spacers for the 18" mazda rims to clear the brembos. Might have that trouble in the rear too, no idea since we don't know the offset.

Only way you'd know for sure is to test fit them and see.
