Smog Check Question- WA (help)

Pierce County Washington resident that has smog testing done off OBD2 port. Want to delete the EGR system & shutoff in tune on my '03 cobra.

Questions: Will deleting the EGR & shutting it off in the tune result in smog check failure???

Anyone living in Pierce County (in particular) or King County that pass OBD2 emissions testing with EGR disabled/removed?

Ready to put my engine back together and would rather not throw that stuff back on if I can still pass without it.

I know that in washington you are allowed 1 system not ready, so if its just the EGR you will be ok. If you also have cats deleted and the rear o2's are off then you will show 2 systems, and fail.

Will probably put the EGR system back on during whipple install (yuck) and have it turned off in tune. Wont be as clean looking but simple to turn back on if needed.
