Small crack on interior rear quarter panel

Hi,
I was cleaning the rear interior quarter panel in the back seat on the driver’s side

And I saw this

It’s a small crack

Circled

Is this something I can fix or glue? Do I need to replace the whole panel or can I glue a reinforcement behind it?

Is there a chance it has been there since day 1?

The car has been tinted so It was probably from someone leaning or pushing on the panels. It might have been there from day 1 also. It’s not growing so I could probably leave it alone but now that I saw it, it bothers me. I want to fix it but I don’t want to make things wose
