he's got a wastegated d1sc on e85...slow306stang yours dips hp after 6300 too though right?

Yeah pretty much falls off after 6300. The main issue with a wastegated centi is once that gate opens up you still are spinning the blower hard which is robbing power at that point. Makes great tq and midrange...top end not so much

Must....be...at...8000000000+ Density Altitude to perform correctly.

All kidding aside... We knew this would happen.

Another miscellaneous pull (I have about 35 or so) no matter what we do the car peaks at 6k and falls off this was the cleanest pull it had out of all of them yet.

Sorry to bring such old thread. I wanted to know if anyone figured out what to do I have a built motor with a jpc turbo kit and I'm having the same problems cant go past 63-6500 rpm are because the power drops big time then it comes back, I had the kit on the stock engine and e85 made around 750hp with slightly noticeable valve float at almost 7k however with the new engine and bigger cams which I now know makes the problem worse i see it way before just wanted to get an Idea of what others have done to fix the turbo kit issue before i tear my engine and swap the stock cams back in that way I can do it all at the same time.
