AND IT WAS FRIGGIN DIRTY AS HELL. The rims were disgusting and the car looked like it had been keyed all over. Thankfully it was just the milk like dirt-mud pasted all over the car like it had been driven thru puddles that made it look like it was keyed. Some younger black dude was driving it. He was also going ~40 in a 65.. If you read this board.. wash ur car and speed the hell up!! Anything under 65 on i-95 is friggin dangerous!
