The rear quarters in my 04 started to rust through (daily driving 250k tends to do that). OEM panels arn't available anymore and I didn't want to chop off rear quarters only to get unlucky and have them rust again so I tried Sigala's carbon fiber panels.

I was a bit nervous because it's $$$$ and there are minimal reviews of their products, but I'm happy I did.

Good communication; made in 3 weeks and a week shipping. Carbon weave looked great and the panels themselves were quality pieces (straight, plenty of return area to bond into the car, mounting points marked, etc.).

Body shop said they were basically bolt on and lined up perfectly - no bondo/fiberglassing/etc. needed - so the molds they used are good.

I also replaced my doors and front fenders while I was at it - doors came off a donor and front fenders were new OEM (still available for $200) - and according to the shop the rear quarters were easier to install than the OEM pieces.

So yea, if you need panels for your 03/04, I wouldn't hesitate to buy Sigala parts.

nb: I painted the panels my body color (silver) so they arrived uncleared which is why they don't look glossy in the pictures.

Good luck. They make shit.

panels are on the car; gapping is great, no fitment issues.

rear quarters have to be the hardest to do since they're a cut-the-entire-thing-off deal and not a simple bolt on, so if they could splash those perfectly I'm certain the easier panels have got to be decent.

They do LOOK great. If your gaps are good and the quality of the panels looks good, then you're golden. Nice find.

No their quality is extremely spotty; if I took pictures of some of their piecesI have they are all trash except one and that’s due to it hiding in the engine bay. Erine sigala is a well known cheat and thief; his prices swing wildly. Unfortunately he makes more carbon panels for the car than anyone else… you just have to have every panel you get either re-cleared or they have to be painted.

I can't speak to final prep as I had mine delivered uncleared.

But generally speaking with exposed carbon fiber parts for any of my cars (Viper, Lambo, etc.) I usually end up having to have the bodyshop re-clear them. The quality of the part is great, but usually the end finish isn't show quality .. seems most can either fabricate or paint, but not both.

In any event I was happy w/ my dealings, especially for a part that simply does not exist unless you cut it off a donor.

Sounds like you had a much better experience than myself. I ordered some parts from them and some were ok but others the fit was aweful....wasn't even close...like an inch off. I emailed them several times over the course of a month because they promised to have a tech look at my pictures and call me back but they completely ghosted me. I ended up making a claim with my credit card and they reversed the charge.

I don't care how good your product is.....if there is not customer support and you don't stand behind your products they are utterly useless. They were very quick to respond and take my money but when it came to making things right they vanished pretty quick. I didn't even want a refund.....just a new set that actually fit. Won't be doing any more business with them.

I should elaborate further; the pieces need to be completely re-resined as they have all cracked. My old hood warped when painted and cured. I had the same experience as above with my pieces where they just ghosted me.
Unfortunately much of his “real” reviews are shut down as they are on most social media platforms.

Wasn't he selling his parts under 2 or 3 different names at one point as well?

He was HCM a couple years ago. Haven’t heard good things no matter what his name is.

i'm surprised - i'm not a fabricator but to me the rear quarters would be the hardest part to make fit (since you have to cut them off) and mine fit perfectly.

From what I’ve read it wasn’t so much a fitment issue as it was a yellowing and clear coat issue.

Your pieces will be painted and you already verified good fitment so you should be good to go.

If yellowing and poor clear coating are the primary issues it's a shame to run down the guy then since I think he's making these by hand - my general rule of thumb is people can fabricate or paint but not both, so I always take exposed carbon pieces to be re-cleared by a good bodyshop.
