SHOULD MY BLOWER BE LOUDER AFTER THIS?

Today i put a UPR Cold air intake on the 03 cobra and my blower is much louder...Is this normal ?and does this mean more power? thanks...

There is no CD you can put in the MACH 460 that is as sweet as that Blower being fed by the UPR CAI.......
