The land of commies and socialists!
It is quite amusing to me too haha, but I will update this thread until I ship it back and the money hits my account.

You're going to get hit pretty hard shipping it back on your own dime.

The reason he did this fyi is because crating it do ship it the right way doubles the shipping cost. Not only because of size but also weight.

My advice to you once this BS is over with is to find a block locally and have the work done at good shop.

Thats almost as bad as the time a UPS store shipped me a wheel with a label taped to it.

ie the tape and shipping label was all the packaging lol.

he is going to pay for everything. I'm not going to pay for return shipping cause that'll be like 300 from CA to PA

this is why it shoulda been refused on the spot

Id go get 2 boxes and send it back the same ****ing way he sent it - maybe you can send it back to his ass via greyhound to save on shipping.
the funny thing is that I never signed for it even though it was required for delivery. Fedex signed for me by signing "C19" and then leaving it at my door. I'm most likely going to ship it back the exact way he shipped it to me but still on his dime

File the claim with paypal. You should win alone just because he never even sent you the block he posted for sale.

Update on the situation: I think he is trying to scam me out of money by saying he has filed a claim with fedex. He said that the claim will take 6-7 days to finish, but I think he made that timeline up because the website that I bought it from says that he has until the 4th to reach a resolution and after that, the company will step in and handle it for us. I think he's trying to get me to close my case for a refund so he can keep the money. Looked closer at the block today and not only do the date stamps not match like previously shown above, but a couple of the sleeves are protruding out of the deck surface which either means that it was not decked like the ad said, or that some sleeves were pushed up in shipping which is unlikely. Either way, I'm still wanting to send it back cause I'm not using this hunk in my next build

tell him fedex already denied the claim, did you get anything in writing when they told you to pound sand due to packaging? If not Id go back and get that, dont let him play games

Didn’t get anything in writing unfortunately but I already told him that they refused the claim so he got mad and did it himself apparently. Not letting him pull anything with me anymore. Refund or bust

Dude, stop dicking around and file a Paypal/CC claim ASAP.

Supplier did not send advertised product. Period.

You need immediate refund and if he wants his block back he needs to provide a shipping label.

FedEx didn't screw up. Stop wasting time.

FedEx didn't pack it that way and FedEx didn't send you the wrong block.

No idea how you, in CA got hooked up with some garbage shop in PA.

Did you buy this off some random dude on Facebook for $300 shipped?

My main point was him contacting the seller to talk to them and try to get it resolved to his satisfaction.
