I just switched to a AUTO trans with a non-locking converter, as far as shift points go, should they be any different with the auto and the non-locking converter? I read a post by Dave King where he had a WHipple @ 25 PSI and shifted 1-2 @ 6900 and 2-3 at 6700. My light is set at 6300 as thats where it makes peak power, but does it need to be spun higher, especially because mine is a non-lock converter? Maybe put the light @ 65-6700?
