I found a shift knob I'd like to use, but it comes with the wrong thread pattern. Hurst makes black and white 6 speed shift knobs in a 2.25" ball (similar to the FatKnobs). These pieces fit the GM pattern, which is 16MM X 1.50. Ford (and Steeda) shfters use 12MM X 1.75
