I bought a white 94 over the weekend out of Florida truck has been there most of its life. No rust, except the radiator support but its not bad. truck is mostly stock except for flowmaster exhaust, CAI, Underdrives, And roller rockers. it has 144,*** miles on her. but i gotta do something about the sluggish shifting of the E4OD. What are you guys using out there? should i get shift kit or valve body, How does feel when changing gears? Thanks!!

I recommend getting a Punisher Valve Body. One of the best mods I have done to my truck so far. It really woke it up, It'll chirp/bark 2nd and 3rd gear when I get on it. Nice firm shifts during normal driving.
Ok cool thanks exactly what I'm wanting it to. I got a fox body mustang with a lentech valve body in it and I love driving it. I plan on ordering one thurs. where can I get a punisher one?
Hes over on NLOC, his screen name is the punisher. I believe he is a supporting vendor so ya can find him that way on there also.
