Looking for a good tuner in the Spokane WA area, has anyone dealt with Shelley's Performance in the valley area?

He's the only one thats laid hands on my car.
Very good man first off, and a pretty darn good tuner as well. I believed he's tuned at least 10 03/04's with differing setups as far away as Montana. As well as 4 or 5 (maybe more) GT500's that I know of.
For my friends alone he's tuned:
05 GT full Bolt-ons w/100shot
96 Cobra bored/stroked fully built NA car
00 Procharged Mustang GT
08 Roush Mustang P-51a
My 04 Cobra
among other small bolton 03/04's.
In short, I'd reccomend him to anyone, with any car.

Actually Brian hasn't done any tuning on my car. I just went out there for some dyno runs, but he definitely knows his stuff and offered me some advice.
Whatever you do, avoid PTR
