The headers are stainless steel and 1 3/4 in size. The headers can be put the car without a tune and according to JDM Engineering will achieve 35 rwhp, with a tune one could receive even more hp

The ceramic coating helps reduce the among of heat radiated out of the headers into the engine bay. Reducing underhood temps can help maintain power level by reducing heatsoak.
