untrue. if someone sees / hears something even that was "welcome" but they take offense to it a complaint can be filed and action taken. ask me how I know.
have a recorder or video camera set up in your office. if they come in say "you don't mind if I recored this do you?" and turn it on. if they say they do then say you have nothing to discuss without a third party present. just make sure you say it with EVERYONE that comes in your office
They will do less damage to your company at home. Next stept is to make them and their Lawyer start spending their own money. Counter sue, never take this crap lying down, in the in, the tougher you are, the cheaper it will be.
You work in a place with cameras everywhere. Ask for the full complaint with specific times, dates, and locations. Consider a civil suit for defamation if you can poke enough hols in the story.
The "offended" person will have to prove your guilt.
You can in return file an EEOC complaint by being over 40 (I assume with 32 years of service) that you feel as if you are being singled out because of your age.
If your company is large they may have an EEO office, if not you can go thru federally.
