SCT X3 Problem

Plugged my SCT X3 into my USB port today and tried to load a new tune from my tuner...and all i get is the screen on the X3 device flashing on and off like it's power cycling. I've tried different USB Ports, Different computers.....to no avail. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Is my Xcal fried or am I doing something wrong?

New

Bought the device new with 3 custom tunes, one for 87, 91, and 93 octanes respectively. Got a new tune today and went to load it on the device, but I keep getting the "could not read" error followed by a "not a valid SCT device" error.

It's the cable. I had the same issue. Get a decent cable and it will work.
