SCT Tuner issue

Hey everyone,
My car currently has an SCT Tune on it, but my tuner says its unmarried and unlocked. Will using the tuner on my car lock it up and make the car a brick?

It's kind of confusing, and I honestly don't want to use the damn thing.

How did you get the tune onto the computer? Is it chipped or flashed?

Flashed from the tuner that now reads unmarried.

That's weird. Are you sure the tune was flashed onto the computer? It might be best to call SCT and talk to them about it.

I thought to unmarry an handheld the car had to be returned to "stock"??

Yeah so did I, contacted SCT but haven't received an email yet. I'm sure the tune was flashed on, considering my speedometer is correct for the gears I have.

The only other thing I'd suggest is trying to reload the stock tune and then reflash with the new tune.

Man I'm kinda afraid to do that, thinking it might brick the car and lock me out of driving it.

It might be best call up SCT if you have time. I know waiting on an email can get frustrating.
