I had an issue updating my firmware via auto update so I just quit it and restarted it to have more issues. So I read about the holding cancel thing and I did that and manually browsed for updates. I found one on my computer, updated it but it was still out of date. My question is, where did this update file come from? Does the autoupdater automatically backup your firmware file before performing a new one?
