I'm definitely a "Scotch Guy" these days. However I'm not a snob and my tastes run the gamut. I like both blended and single malts, however that shit they suck out of a bog in Scotland and call it Laphroaig is not to my liking. :poop: My "go to" blended scotch is Johnnie Walker Gold straight up served right from the freezer. I've tried most all of the offerings from JW and the Gold & Blue are my favs. If I'm short on cash I'll pick up a bottle of Monkey Shoulder. That's not a bad blend either. For single malts I'm a Macallan guy. I usually keep a bottle of 18 year for sippin' with close friends. Back on Father's Day a year or two ago my wife bought me a bottle of Macallan Rare Cask. My god that was and still is the best Scotch I've ever tasted. U.M.
