I've waited until the last minute to get the registration form out for the autocross season in hopes that we could get a reasonable rate for the increased requirement for liability coverage at Devens. Unfortunately that did not happen. The attached registration form reflects the registration fee we a required to charge ($55). We will only break even if we sell out the event so I urge you to send in the form as soon as possible so I can sleep at night.
We are also looking for sponsors for the event. So if you or any business that you know of might be interested please contact me. We are not necessarily looking for someone to cover the entire event (although that would be nice!) any reasonable amount would be accepted. We will be sure they get the proper attention at the event. I am probably doing a T-shirt for the event and the sponsors will be on it.
Please spread the word (forums, friends, etc.) regarding the events especially the May 6 date as it is just over a month away.
