School me on aftermarket backup cameras for F150

I'm looking at a used 2017 F150XLT SuperCrew 4x4 with no back up camera, but I gotta have one for the wife if I decide to buy this truck.

How much drama and expense to remedy this situation without installing something that screams aftermarket bolt on in the cab?

2017 F150 XLT Super Crew 4x4 with 17000 miles for $30K fits my budget.

These former rentals are out there and they come with everything I want, and nothing I don't...

...except the camera.
